How to use:

1. Connect the lamp to a power source.
2. To turn on the device, press the timer button or place your hand in the lamp, and it will automatically start a 120-second exposure in Low Heat Mode. You can choose from several exposure times (30, 60, 90, or 120 seconds).
3. After use, disconnect the device from the power source.
